Job summary

KinderCare Education is seeking an Assistant Center Director to help lead our centers with our world-class curriculum, accreditation processes, and passionate staff. You will educate parents, teachers, and leaders on the value of early childhood education and bring that value to life for the children in your center.

You will collaborate with families and educators to meet enrollment and operational goals, while ensuring safety and quality across programs, indoor and outdoor environments, and

Qualifications

• At least two years of early childhood education experience.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to meet state guidelines for the role.
• Physical ability to lift 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.
• English reading, writing, and speaking to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Center Director in leading teaching staff and achieving enrollment, accreditation, and operational objectives.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, and corporate partners.
• Serve in various roles throughout the center as needed, including teacher, cook, and driver.
