Job summary

Mathnasium is seeking an Assistant Center Director to lead and grow in math education at our Frisco center. As a full-time leader, you’ll partner with the Center Director to build a high-energy team and drive student success.

You’ll craft custom math plans, supervise tutors, handle inquiries, and manage operations during Director absences while engaging with parents to share progress and celebrate wins.

Qualifications

• Math skills through Algebra I (Geometry is a plus).
• Strong leadership potential and customer-focused mindset.
• Willingness to undergo training and leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Craft custom math plans, reassess students, and update parents.
• Handle inquiries and step in for seamless ops during Director absences.
• Monitor floor quality, train tutors, and analyze reports for improvements.
