Job summary

Mathnasium Flemington is hiring an Assistant Center Director to help lead the center’s floor, coach instructors, and enroll new students. You’ll run shifts, build relationships with families, and support growth toward Center Director roles.

Ideal candidates bring passion for math, prior teaching or supervisory experience, and strong communication with parents. The role offers after-school hours and growth opportunities in a brand-new setting.

Qualifications

• Passion for math and math instruction.
• Experience teaching, tutoring, coaching, or supervising others.
• Comfortable with parent enrollment conversations and progress updates.
• Organized, reliable and willing to take ownership when the Center Director isn’t present.
• Comfortable with computers and learning new software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the instructional floor during shifts: assign students, coach instructors, and keep sessions running smoothly.
• Train and mentor new instructors in the Mathnasium Method.
• Respond quickly to new leads, give center tours, and enroll new families.
• Administer student assessments and help build individual learning plans.
• Build relationships with parents and keep them updated on progress.
