KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking an Assistant Center Director to help lead our centers with a focus on enrollment, accreditation, and day-to-day operations. You will work with parents, teachers, and community partners to deliver high-quality early childhood education.

You will collaborate with the Center Director, educate families about the value of early childhood education, and support a team-driven environment that prioritizes safety, development, and outstanding learning experiences

Formación

• Two years of early childhood education experience required.
• Excellent administrative, organizational, verbal, listening, and communication skills required.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Meet state specific guidelines for the role.
• Physically able to use a computer with basic proficiency, lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors.
• Able to engage with children and families in English.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Center Director in leading teaching staff, supporting families, and achieving enrollment, accreditation, and operational objectives.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts, and partners.
• Serve in various roles as needed, including teacher, cook, or driver.
