Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking an Assistant Center Director to support center leadership, oversee staff, and partner with families to ensure high-quality care and education. The role helps drive enrollment, accreditation readiness, and daily operations with our curriculum and staff.

You will collaborate with teachers and leaders to translate our evidence-based program into meaningful outcomes for children, families, and the community.

Qualifications

• Two years of early childhood education experience required.
• Excellent administrative, organizational, verbal, listening, and communication skills.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
• Physically able to use a computer, lift up to 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Center Director in leading teaching staff, supporting families, and achieving enrollment, accreditation, and operational objectives.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, authorities, and partners.
• Serve in various roles throughout the center as needed.
