KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking an Assistant Center Director to play an integral role in guiding our centers to success with our world-class curriculum and strong accreditation processes.

As an Assistant Director, you will educate parents, teachers, and leaders on the value of early childhood education, bringing that value to life for the children in your center. You will collaborate with a team to meet enrollment and operational objectives.

Qualifications

• Two years of early childhood education experience required.
• Excellent administrative, organizational, verbal, listening, and communication skills required.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Meet state specific guidelines for the role, physically able to lift 40 pounds and use a computer.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Center Director in leading teaching staff, supporting families, and achieving enrollment, accreditation, and operational objectives.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts, and partners.
• Serve in various roles at the center as needed, including teacher, cook, or driver.
