Mathnasium, the #1 math tutoring center (1,000+ locations), seeks an Assistant Center Director to lead and grow in math education. Partner with the Center Director to build a high-energy team, drive student success, and hit center goals.

No prior management exp? We train you to lead and advance fast. This full-time role offers leadership development, curriculum oversight, and a clear path to Center Director as you support families and students.

Qualifications

• Algebra I proficiency (Geometry a plus)
• Full-time availability (Mon–Thu, Fri/Sat flexible within 30–35 hrs)
• Passion for kids and teams; customer-focused leader
• Pass background check

Responsibilities

• Craft custom math plans, reassess students, and update parents (email/text)
• Handle inquiries and step in for seamless ops during Director absences
• Monitor floor quality, train tutors, and analyze reports for improvements
