Job summary

Sweet Kiddles flexible childcare center in University Circle, Cleveland, OH is hiring an Assistant Director of Administration. This role supports the Center Director across administration, operations, and program quality.

The candidate should have 2+ years as a lead teacher, a 2- or 4-year degree in Early Childhood Education or CPL 3 in OPR, and be energetic, personable and team-oriented to deliver excellent service to families.

Qualifications

• Two or four-year degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field) or CPL 3 in OPR.
• Minimum 2-year experience as Lead Teacher preferred.
• Highly energetic, personable and team-oriented with strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Aid the Center Director in administration and act as backup when needed.
• Assist in staff development, classroom environments and curriculum planning.
• Manage enrollment processes and CRM, ensuring accurate records.
• Ensure Ohio licensing standards, health and safety, and nutrition compliance.
• Maintain center records, ASQs and classroom documentation as required.
• Support staff with scheduling, subbing in classrooms, and team meetings.
• Conduct center tours and enroll families, manage payments and paperwork.
• Provide excellent customer service to families and ensure a positive center experience.
• Perform duties as needed to support Center Director and center operations.
