Job summary

Sweet Kiddles® flexible childcare center in Cleveland, OH is seeking an Assistant Center Director to support administration and act as backup to the Center Director. The role requires coordinating with staff, ensuring licensing compliance, and maintaining excellent family relations.

Hours are 9:00am–6:00pm with potential to adjust for openings/closings; adherence to Ohio licensing standards and strong customer service are essential. This is a full-time on-site position based in Cleveland.

Qualifications

• Two- or four-year degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field) or CPL 3 in OPR.
• Minimum 2-year experience working as a Lead Teacher in a classroom preferred.
• Demonstrates high degree of responsibility and reliability; professional presence.

Responsibilities

• Aid Center Director in administration and center operations.
• Audit classroom portfolios, observations and KiddleFeed messages; support staff.
• Manage enrollment process and CRM; ensure licensing components are current.
