Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies in Minnesota is seeking an Assistant Center Director to help lead our teaching staff, support families, and achieve enrollment, accreditation, and operational goals.

You will partner with parents to provide the best care and education, cultivate strong relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners, and serve in multiple roles as needed (teacher, cook, driver).

Qualifications

• At least two years of early childhood education experience.
• Excellent administrative, organizational, verbal and listening skills.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read/write/speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Center Director in leading staff, supporting families, and achieving enrollment, accreditation, and operational objectives.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Cultivate relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
• Fill multiple center roles as needed (teacher, cook, driver).
