Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development or related field.
• Professional knowledge of child development theory, methodology and practices.
• Knowledge of childcare laws, regulations, policies and practices.
• Knowledge of financial, budget and resource management.
• Knowledge of USDA food program requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Center Director with day-to-day management and supervision.
• Oversee program implementation to ensure safe, nurturing environments.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and audits; lead corrective actions as needed.
• Guide and mentor staff to deliver high-quality developmental care.
