Job summary

Mathnasium (Operated by Temple Ventures) is seeking an Assistant Center Director to support the Center Director in sales, education, and administrative tasks. You will lead staff, drive enrollment, and ensure outstanding customer service while growing professionally within a family-owned network.

This role emphasizes leadership, relationship-building with families, and a commitment to delivering Mathnasium’s proven curriculum.

Qualifications

• Exemplary leadership skills and desire to grow with the company.
• Affinity for sales/marketing with a strong focus on building relationships.
• Knowledge of elementary mathematics.
• Four year degree preferred; comparable experience in a sales/marketing position is accepted.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including GSuite (Docs, Spreadsheets, and Presentations).

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Center Director in all operational functions.
• Managing the staff to ensure exceptional instructional services for students.
• Assisting with marketing and sales responsibilities, including lead acquisition and customer enrollment.
• Providing exceptional customer service to new and existing families.
• Completing administrative tasks including monitoring communications with families/partners and managing staff and instructor schedules.
• Demonstrating compassion and care toward students.
• Creating an atmosphere that inspires joy in learning math and supports student success.
• Maintaining a culture based on integrity and professionalism.
• Fostering positive and effective communication with leadership and direction.
• Ensuring the center is customer ready at all times, including cleanliness and organization.

The Assistant Center Director supports the Center Director with sales, education, and administrative tasks. This individual will need to have great leadership abilities that inspire employees and build teamwork, as well as great management skills that help improve efficiency and drive profitability. They are committed to Mathnasium, growing professionally, providing exceptional educational services with outstanding customer service, and developing their leadership abilities.
