The Center Administrator Assistant supports a Center Administrator in the planning and directing of professional and support personnel who provide outpatient care to patients in a clinical setting. Works within thorough, prescribed guidelines and procedures; uses independent judgment, requiring analysis of variable factors to solve basic problems; collaborates with management and top professionals/specialists in selecting methods, techniques, and analytical approaches.
The Center Administrator Assistant executes staffing plans, policies, and procedures for the facility, and works closely with the care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Decisions typically relate to schedules, plans, and daily Oromiyaa. Performs escalated or more complex work of a similar nature and has the ability to influence a group of support and technical associates; coordinates and provides day‑to‑day oversight to associates. Ensures consistency in execution across the team and provides feedback on performance to Center Administration Management.
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week
Pay Range: $58,700 – $68,200 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and/or individual performance.
Role is patient‑facing and part of Humana’s TB screening program; selected applicants will be required to be screened for TB.
