• Enter cocktails, dessert, and other beverage orders accurately into the POS system.
• Repeat orders to guests to ensure clarity and accuracy.
• Deliver items promptly with appropriate accompaniments and verify presentation.
• Monitor tables for guest needs and table readiness, escalate concerns when needed.
• Present and process guest checks per procedures.
