Job summary

Tulsa Public Schools is seeking an Assistant Cafeteria Manager to support the daily operation of a school cafeteria, preparing and serving breakfast and lunch to students and staff in accordance with standardized recipes, portion standards and food safety requirements.

The Assistant Cafeteria Manager assists with ordering, records, training, and quality standards, and assumes the role of Cafeteria Manager in the Cafeteria Manager's absence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Basic knowledge of quantity food preparation, customer service, and computer skills required.
• School lunch experience preferred.
• Basic supervisory experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Minimum Qualifications

Education
