The Assistant Cafeteria Manager supports the Cafeteria Manager in the daily operation of an assigned school cafeteria, preparing and serving breakfast and lunch to students and staff in accordance with standardized recipes, portion standards, and food safety requirements. The Assistant Cafeteria Manager assists with ordering, records, training, and quality standards, and assumes the role of Cafeteria Manager in the Cafeteria Manager's absence.
