Merit Coffee Co. in Houston is seeking an Assistant Café Manager to open our new location and help build a strong, people-first culture from day one.

You will partner with the Café Manager to drive operations, develop the team through coaching, and ensure an exceptional customer experience with high standards of service and cleanliness across shifts. This is a ground-floor leadership role with growth opportunities as we expand.

We’re looking for an Assistant Café Manager to help launch our Houston location and play a critical role in building a strong, people-first culture. This role partners closely with the Café Manager to drive operations, develop the team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
