• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist project teams in utilizing Bentley software for 3D modeling through design and production
• Develop templates and resource files aligned with client standards for roadway, drainage, and utility design
• Provide technical support via online training and documentation
• Support CAD workflow setup and configuration
• Test and document CAD-based workflows with latest tech
• Create and maintain CAD training materials including manuals and videos
• Troubleshoot design files and file management issues
• Stay informed on industry trends and opportunities for improvement
• Evaluate software plugins and extensions to enhance capabilities
• Assist in managing CAD licensing, version upgrades, and deployment with IT
• Develop macros or automation to reduce repetitive tasks
