Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of civil engineering design production using Bentley software.
- Proficiency with MicroStation, OpenRoads (Connect Edition), ProjectWise, PowerGeopak.
- Familiar with GIS integration or LiDAR data and related tools.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills for user support.
Responsibilities
- Assist project teams in utilizing Bentley software from 3D modeling through design and production.
- Develop software templates and resource files aligned with client standards for roadway, drainage and utility design.
- Provide technical support via online training, troubleshooting, and documentation of solutions.
- Maintain CAD workflows, licensing, upgrades, and deployment coordination with IT.
- Create training materials, manuals, and instructional videos for CAD users.
- Test, refine, and document CAD-based workflows using current software and hardware.
- Identify opportunities for CAD automation through macros or scripts.
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies.
