Job summary

You will prepare purchase orders, analyze pricing data, and assist with cost savings initiatives to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of goods for AVI locations. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with Excel, and previous administrative experience.

• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Create purchase orders and order products for just-in-time delivery at AVI locations.
• Create Excel spreadsheets to analyze pricing, order history, cost savings and quotes.
• Track vendor purchases and calculate discounts and rebates.
• Source new and alternate products from existing and potential suppliers.
• Maintain approved cost sheets and pricing with accounts payable.
