Anthropologie is seeking an Assistant Buyer to help develop a timely product assortment for Sleep & Intimates that aligns with sales and profit goals. The role collaborates with Buyers and vendors to curate customer‑driven product Mix, supports development, and maintains assortment documentation.

Responsibilities include creating ad hoc reports, maintaining Buy Sheets, and preparing sample photos. Strong Excel/Office skills and exceptional communication are essential to succeed in a fast‑paced

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of direct buying experience.
• Ability to select products/trends aligned with the target customer.
• Understanding of key retail metrics (IMU%, GM%, sell‑through, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to present to partners.

Responsibilities

• Assist Buyer to determine overall product mix and assortments to meet profit plans.
• Provide feedback on product during meetings and with vendors.
• Support product development with Buyer and vendor partners.
• Generate ad hoc statistical reports and maintain Buy Sheets and photo logs.
