Formación

• 0-3 years of general merchandising experience.
• Direct-to-consumer industry experience.
• Highly collaborative, with the ability to work in partnership with all levels of the organization.
• Balanced creative and analytical thinking.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Ability to learn and utilize in house systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with both external and internal business partners.
• High energy and fast-paced office environment, subject to quick turnaround situations.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented & accurate.
• Strong analytical skills
• Resourceful, efficient, and takes initiative
• Excellent time management with a sense of priority for deadlines and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Takes ownership of given projects with the ability to take them from start to finish
• Ability to lead in the inventory management of their area of responsibility

Responsabilidades

• Input and updating data in merchandising tools.
• Manage system and data updates.
• Adhere to calendar and deadlines.
• Coordinate inventory commitments across cross-functional partners.
• Assist with ad hoc projects across product life cycle.
• Collaborate daily with cross-functional partners to promote best practices.
• Develop product strategy to meet consumer needs and differentiate from competition.
• Analyze historical and in-season selling to guide future season plans.
• Support projection management from pre-planning to retail execution.
• Prepare milestone deliverables and essential selling tools for launches and promotions.
• Coordinate and manage samples for Product Management and Commercial.
• Strengthen financial acumen to respond to business needs.
