Qualifications

• 1-3 years of general merchandising experience.
• Direct-to-consumer industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on a day to day basis; establish relationships to promote best practices and process adherence.
• Identify key competitors, understand consumer perceptions, and develop a product strategy that meets consumer needs and differentiates from the competition.
• Analyze historical and in-season selling to guide and action future seasons plans.
• Support development of seasonal strategies based on product flow and classification percentages by delivery.
• Assist with projection management from pre-planning through execution at retail.
• Coordinate and liaise on inventory commitments between cross-functional partners.
• Assist in preparation for key milestone deliverables; create and compile key selling tools for new product launches.
• Input and updating data in merchandising tools.
• Responsible for all system and data updates; adhering to calendar and deadlines.
• Coordinate and manage samples for Product Management and Commercial.
• Strengthen financial acumen to better react to business needs.
• Assist with ad hoc projects across product life cycle.
