Position Summary

Location: HQ - Williamsburg, BK

Status: Full-Time/100% on site

Compensation: $55,000-$65,000 annually

Position Summary

The role of Assistant Buyer, Footwear will support the multi-brand business across men’s, women’s and kid’s lines. This individual will be responsible for reporting and analysis of performance, trends and strategies.

Responsibilities

• Under the guidance of Buyer, assist in managing 25+ accounts accounting for 30% of overall business
• In alignment with brand direction, ensure allotment of product to 5 retail doors accordingly
• In partnership with Logistics team, track and ensure delivery of such product in timely fashion, proactively raising flags where applicable
• Own, manage and distribute release calendar on a weekly basis, inclusive of any amendments
• Prepare, amend and present weekly buy-sheet for Buyer’s review and feedback
• Review, enter, approve and track purchase orders (P.O.s) for all confirmed product
• Ensure accurate and timely keeping of all data, such as product information or pricing amendments
• Effectively communicate with vendors on all inquiries, inclusive of troubleshooting
• Prepare and share weekly reporting for external vendors on performance
• Ad hoc assignments as assigned and in-line with buying function
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 1-2 years of prior experience, inclusive of internships
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, inclusive of formulas, pivot tables, etc.
• Knowledge of G-Suite: G-mail, G-drive, etc.
• Strong data analysis skills
• Strong written communication skills
• Strong interest in sneaker culture and the fashion market
