Qualifications

• 3 years general experience in administrative merchandising, procurement practices, and related areas.
• 1 year progressive experience in procurement methods, open-to-buy, sources of supply, pricing and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Buyer and Planner Distributor in assortment planning, execution, and merchandising for assigned departments.
• Negotiate with vendors for advertising, freight allowances, coupons, and in-store demonstrations.
• Place and track orders; maintain open-to-buy and monitor stock levels.
