Sunset Rehab and Healthcare Center is seeking a Business Office Assistant to support the Business Office Manager and oversee daily business office activities in accordance with federal, state, and local guidelines. You will coordinate insurance payments including private, Medicare, Medicaid, and other managed care, and maintain logs for resident funds, census records, and case accounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in business office operations in LTC/SNF/AL/MC preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support the Business Office Manager and manage daily office activities in line with applicable guidelines and regulations.
• Coordinate insurance payments including private, Medicare, Medicaid, and other managed care.
