Responsibilities include assisting with budgets, records, and office supplies; supporting end-of-month procedures; and filling in as Business Office Manager when needed. A minimum of one year in a supervisory role and a professional, confidential approach are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of management/supervisory experience.
• High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist with management duties in the Business Office.
• Assist Business Office Manager in day-to-day operation of Business office including: managing Budgets, Record, or office supplies.
• Assist with End of Month procedures.
• Fill in as Business Office Manager as needed.
