Position Summary

As part of our team of professionals, the Assistant Business Office Manager provides clarity and follow-through on billing processes. Our patients, residents, families, and team members benefit from the expertise and skilled communication of the Assistant Business Office Manager.

Posted Salary Range

USD $18.00 - USD $22.00 /Hr.

Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Assist the Business Office Manager with billing and follow-up of Medicare, Medicaid, private pay, co-insurance, and managed care billing for the facility.
  2. Assist with cash collections and A/R goals of the facility.
  3. Collaborate closely with the Central Billing Office for the region on billing issues and necessary follow-up.
Qualifications & Requirements
  1. Minimum of 1 year experience in third-party billing and reimbursement, including Medicare and Medicaid; managed care and private collections preferred.
  2. Detail-oriented with excellent customer service skills.
  3. Reliable transportation is required.
