Job summary

Sonrava Health in Akron, OH is seeking an experienced operations leader to enhance the patient experience by addressing concerns, educating treatment options, verifying insurance, and overseeing payment collection.

You will review business results and profit performance, collaborate with providers and staff on priorities, lead local marketing initiatives, ensure health and safety compliance, and travel for training as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of leadership/management experience; dental experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service to deliver an exceptional experience.
