Job summary

Sonrava Health is seeking a Dental Office Manager to lead day-to-day operations and support doctors and staff in delivering an exceptional patient experience. You will oversee scheduling, billing, compliance, and patient education to ensure smooth operations and high-quality care.

This full-time role requires strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills to coordinate a team, drive performance, promote a patient-centered culture, and support growth in a busy dental practice in Spring

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of leadership/management experience, preferably in a dental setting.
• Strong communication and customer service skills to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
• Proven leadership abilities and ability to motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Review financial performance and implement improvement strategies.

We are looking for a Dental Office Manager to join our team!

As a Dental Office Manager, you will lead the office in day-to-day operations in support of the doctors and office staff to help develop the practice while providing an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional patient experience by addressing patient concerns and education of treatment options, verification of insurance, collection of payment
• Regular review of business results, profit and loss management, creation of strategies and plans to improve business performance
• Work in collaboration with providers and office staff to ensure priorities and work assignments are communicated regularly
• Lead strategic local marketing initiatives that help drive brand awareness and new patient growth
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Travel as needed for training and to perform job functions
