Job summary

Lee Valley Regional Park Authority in Enfield seeks an Assistant Building Surveyor to oversee building maintenance and asset management at our Myddelton House site. This permanent role is 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and based at Enfield.

The ideal candidate will be an associate member of RICS (or equivalent) with experience in property maintenance for residential and public buildings, and will hold a full driving licence with good computer literacy. Closing date 13 September 2026.

• Financially astute and computer literate.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle is an essential requirement.

• Manage and maintain building assets as part of the Asset Maintenance team.

We are currently working on a number of high-profile sporting, leisure, environmental partnerships and investment development opportunities. An excellent position has become available to be located at our Enfield office for an experienced professional to join a multi-disciplined Asset Maintenance team.

As an associate Member of RICS or the equivalent in practical experience, you should be financially astute and computer literate. Ideally you will have experience in all aspects of Property Maintenance to both residential and public buildings. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is an essential requirement.
