• Coordinate and evaluate unit activities with Budget Director and CFO.
• Prepare the agency's annual operating budget and legislative appropriation requests.
• Monitor budgets, conduct forecasts and financial reporting for the agency.
• Lead staff development, assign work and manage performance evaluations.
• Support policy development and compliance with state/federal laws.
