Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Learn the brewing process starting in the cellar and sanitation basics.
• Assist with wort production: receiving ingredients, milling, mashing, boiling, transfers.
• Support cellar activities: monitoring, CIP/SIP, yeast handling, cleaning.
• Perform DO, pH and gravity checks and record results.
• Participate in GEMBA/GMP/Safety walks and apply corrective actions.

This role is deeply connected to the broader Athletic community — from the teammates you collaborate with on the floor to the fans who trust what's in every can.Job Responsibilities:The Assistant Brewer role will learn the brewing process by starting in the cellar and learning the basic sanitary practices involved in brewing.
