Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree or high school diploma required with 3+ years in bank/finance sales and customer service.
• Proficient in business products (e.g., Cash Management, Remote Deposit Capture).
• Excellent understanding of the bank's products and services.
• Strong interpersonal communication and the ability to explain procedures clearly to customers, employees and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Assists Branch Retail Manager in acquiring, expanding and retaining customer relationships; opens accounts and resolves service issues.
• Develops new customer relationships and cross-sells products to meet personal and branch goals.
• Leads community outreach, events, and business meetings to drive branch visibility and growth.
• Assists, trains, and mentors branch staff; supports training on new initiatives and products.
