Job summary

ClearCaptions LLC is seeking a remote Assistant Regional Manager to lead PT TTSMs across the United States. You will hire, train, and coach territory staff, drive new customer acquisitions by referrals, and ensure retention through excellent service and compliance while delivering on sales targets.

This role requires up to 50% travel, hands-on leadership, and strong analytical, budgeting, and Salesforce skills.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience managing and developing a team preferred (not required).
• ~1-2 years of service sales and / or sales management experience.
• Strong technical skills, with understanding of Internet, firewalls, routers, modems, switches, and hubs; prior installation experience desirable.
• Must be able to work from a local home office with high-speed Internet.
• Must be able to travel extensively (up to 50%) within assigned region; some national travel.
• Respectful and outstanding leadership skills to motivate colleagues toward goals.
• Ability to plan and manage at strategic and tactical levels; anticipate obstacles.

Position Overview

The Assistant Regional Manager is responsible for the installation and training of new customers and growth and retention of ClearCaptions customers in their assigned region within the United States. The Assistant Regional Manager will actively hire, train, develop and manage Part Time Territory Training & Sales Manager (PT TTSMs) located within their territory. The PT TTSM’s are responsible for accepting marketing work orders, installation and training new ClearCaptions customers. The PT TTSM’s are responsible for generating new ClearCaptions revenues, through new customer acquisitions by attaining and installation of customer referrals. The PT TTSM’s are also responsible to retain their existing customers in their territories by responding to their needs through the highest level of customer service.

This is a Remote position reporting to the Regional Sales Manager.

Achieve assigned sales and service acquisition and retention quota objectives daily, weekly, monthly, and annually.

• Maintain territory sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, and mentoring employees for success.
• Manage and ensure PT TTSM’s are following all policies and procedures for time punches and monitoring hours to ensure they average between 25-30 hours worked per week.
• Manage territory representative’s performance by coaching, taking action to improve performance; planning, monitoring, and evaluating results.
• Travel to PT TTSMs when needed for follow-up training
• Actively work with direct training/sales team to coach and train on accepting, qualifying, scheduling/moving new customer installations to maximize their time.
• Actively work with direct training/sales team to coach and train on growing users in their territory through customer referrals.
• Work with PTTTSM’s to ensure customers are validated and all compliance policies are followed.
• Manage the inventory of ClearCaptions products and ancillary equipment for the Territory.
• Coach PT TTSM’s on how to evaluate the customer’s communications needs and propose the appropriate ClearCaptions solution to satisfy those needs.
• Create and monitor the territories assigned to each PT TTSM
• Manage, administer, and report on Territory results and issues.
• Take an active talent management approach to onboard, mentor and inspire a diverse, highly engaged, and skilled team.
• Continually upgrade talent through timely talent management, development, succession planning and recruitment.

Expertise for PT TTSMs

• Territory management to schedule and follow-up customer installations.
• Conducting onsite and in-depth customer training on caption telephone services.
• Increasing new customer acquisitions in a region through customer referrals.
• Retention of existing customers.
• Use Salesforce and ensure proper documentation is completed.
• Work with Customer Support.

Viewing computer monitor, tablet and cell phone requiring close vision (70-90%)When interacting with customers in person, use of PPE is required.
• Work environment is primarily indoors at home, customer or vendor site, or other business meeting venue; exposure to all types of weather and temperature conditions during travel, and exposure to hazardous driving and traffic conditions. Travel (approx.50%), may include overnight and out of state travel.

72,000.00 to $75,000.00 plus [insert commission or bonus plan if applicable] determined by competitive market analysis and internal equity considerations. Final compensation will be based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and business needs.
