Rogue Credit Union is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager I in Medford, OR. You will assist the Branch Manager, recruit and develop staff, and ensure branch operations run smoothly while maintaining compliance with banking regulations.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, delivering excellent member service, and supporting deposit program strategies and budgets. Evening/weekend meetings may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Three to five years of similar or related experience.
• High school education or GED. Knowledge and understanding of regulations affecting deposit programs.
• Strong supervision and personnel development skills.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Resourceful with conflict and problem resolution skills.

Aufgaben

• Assist the Branch Manager in achieving the branch's Vision, Mission, and Goals.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach and manage staff.
• Oversee operations, scheduling, and product delivery quality.
• Back up tellers and other branch positions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations (Regulations B, D, E, Z, CC, and DD).
• Develop and implement deposit program strategy and budgets.
• Attend meetings and events in evenings/weekends as needed.
