BrightStar Credit Union in Hollywood, FL is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to oversee Member Service operations and daily branch performance.

The role requires 3–5 years of related experience and a 2-year college degree, with a strong focus on service, coaching, and regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Experience: Three to five years of similar or related experience.
• Education: Two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school.
• Interpersonal Skills: Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and results focus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates Member Service Representative and Teller operations and schedules.
• Supervises the maintenance and balancing of inventory items, performs cash audits, and ensures branch is balanced and closed properly daily.
• Monitors branch operating results and takes corrective actions to meet objectives.
• Provides coaching, interprets performance results, and drives a Bright Service environment.
• Responsible for security of branch employees, members, assets; ensures compliance with regulations and policies.
• Completes loan interviews and applications and handles loan closings.
• Supports staff development and represents the branch in relationships with members and partners.
• Follows procedures to secure vaults and offices; participates in security checks; rotates Saturday schedule.
