Job summary

Wintrust Financial Corporation, based in Rosemont, IL, is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager for its Chicago’s Bank® network. The role centers on supporting the Branch Manager to drive sales, service excellence, and team productivity while maintaining regulatory compliance.

You will coach staff, oversee operations, and collaborate with other lines of business to grow deposits and loans in a community-focused environment. Minimum banking experience and managerial exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Previous managerial experience preferred.
• 3–5 years banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in delivering superior financial results and customer service by creating a proactive sales and service environment.
• Work with internal lines of business to maximize growth and profitability.
• Establish and enhance the branch's presence in the local community by networking and outbound calling.
