SiteOne Landscape Supply in the United States is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to support the Branch Manager in achieving excellence in branch operations, inventory management, team development, customer value, and financial performance.

You will onboard, train, and coach associates, promote safety, monitor KPIs, and partner with leadership to implement new technologies that optimize operations and drive growth.

Competenze

• 1 to 3 years of experience in retail nursery, irrigation and/or landscape industry preferred.
• 1 to 3 years of managerial experience including leadership, issue management, motivation and team building preferred.
• Demonstrates exceptional customer service to all SiteOne customers.
• Responds to and resolves more complex questions and issues, utilizing experience and greater knowledge of products and customer base.
• Proactively identifies and capitalizes on opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers.
• Understanding of sales and operations planning process.
• Excellent communication, customer service and leadership skills.
• Ready and willing to learn and adopt, and encourage others to learn and adopt, new technologies and ways of working.
• Working knowledge of accounting fundamentals
• Knowledge of market preferences, competition, regulations and trends
• Higher education degree preferred
• High School or secondary diploma or equivalent required

Position Overview
