Based in-office, you will lead a branch team, manage daily operations, and ensure a best-in-class client experience across in-branch, online and mobile channels. You will coach and develop employees, drive revenue growth, manage risks, and collaborate with omni-channel partners to deliver proactive financial solutions.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent with 4+ years related experience.
• Notary Public eligibility required by state regulations.
• Spanish-speaking ability is preferred.

• Supports all aspects of branch, including individual and team performance.
• Leads through influence for a broad range of ecosystem partners in an omni-channel environment.
