Community First Credit Union in Neenah, WI is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to deliver exceptional member service and work closely with the Branch Manager to meet branch goals and follow operational procedures.

You will interact with members, conduct loan interviews, open and service deposit accounts, and help grow the business through cross‑selling and relationship building. The role supports daily branch operations and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in banking, business, management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of banking, member service and/or sales experience.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills, multi‑tasking, prioritization and organization.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and web‑based financial services platforms.
• Passion for providing outstanding service to members.

Responsibilities

• Interact with members to uncover financial needs and provide appropriate solutions using Community First Credit Union products and services.
• Conduct loan interviews, analyze debt ratios, obtain approvals, close loans and finalize files.
• Open and service deposit accounts including savings, checking, certificates, money markets, HSA and retirement accounts; close accounts when needed.
• Customize protection solutions for lending products including payment protection and warranties.
• Help achieve branch goals and deepen member relationships through cross‑selling and follow‑up communications.
• Assist members with service requests (wire transfers, payroll deductions, check cards, statements).
• Support branch operations including cash handling and teller functions; maintain a cash drawer.
• Collaborate with branch manager to learn administrative duties and maximize team productivity.
• Cover branch manager duties when needed and participate in new business development with members and local organizations.
