Job summary
PH Financial Services LLC in Monroe, LA seeks an Assistant Manager to oversee branch operations, serve customers in person and by phone, and help meet performance goals while upholding company policies and regulatory requirements. You will handle daily tasks, cash controls, and accurate records in the POS system.
After training, you will recommend and sell financial products, participate in local marketing efforts, and contribute to growth through customer relationships and compliant collections
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in banking/financial industry, food and hospitality, or sales preferred
- Eager to learn
Responsibilities
- Oversee branch daily operations and assist customers in person and over the phone
- Meet and strive to achieve branch performance goals and metrics
- Support marketing and collection efforts and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and company policies
- Enter customer and transaction information accurately into the POS system and maintain customer files
- Maintain cash controls and security procedures; assist with closing and balancing cash
- Maintain a clean, welcoming customer environment and assist with basic housekeeping
