Job summary

W3Global is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager in Brookfield, WI to lead day-to-day branch operations, supervise staff, manage inventory, and drive sales with a focus on excellent customer service. The role involves coordinating retail, field, office, and job-site interactions to grow relationships and close deals.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, a sales mindset, and the ability to manage the full sales cycle from conversations to closing while maintaining a professional store

Qualifications

  • Previous sales or management experience required.
  • 2+ years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership abilities.

  • Reliable, responsible, and trustworthy.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Must be able to work onsite.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
  • Willingness to occasionally assist warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to existing and new customers.
  • Develop a strong understanding of company products and customer needs.
  • Recommend appropriate product solutions to drive sales.
  • Grow existing accounts and develop new business opportunities within the region.
  • Prospect and build relationships through phone and email outreach.
  • Manage inbound customer inquiries and provide solutions.
  • Work with wholesale (B2B), end users, and online customers.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and CRM information.
  • Follow up with customers to strengthen relationships and encourage repeat business.
  • Assist with processing outbound orders and inbound shipments.
  • Support equipment installations as needed while maintaining safety and quality standards.
  • Conduct occasional customer visits to support business development and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Assist with branch operations, inventory management, and team support.
