The ideal candidate has 3+ years in agriculture or sales, 3+ years in people leadership, and a valid license. A university degree is preferred; experience with crops, pesticides, and fertilizers is valued.

Responsibilities

The salary range for this role, in Steward, IL, is between $62,200 - $115,500. While we provide this range as general guidance, several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, candidate skill set, experience and training, licensure and certifications, work location, and other business and organizational needs. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.
