Job summary

Nutrien is seeking a capable leader to support the Steward, IL facility. The role focuses on overseeing operations, driving sales, and ensuring safety and compliance within the facility. You will guide crop consultants, set sales goals, and promote Nutrien’s proprietary products while managing customer and personnel issues.

Qualifications include 3+ years in agriculture or sales, 3+ years of leadership, and a relevant degree or equivalent experience. A valid license is required.

What You'll Do:

The salary range for this role, in Steward, IL, is between $62,200 - $115,500. While we provide this range as general guidance, several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, candidate skill set, experience and training, licensure and certifications, work location, and other business and organizational needs. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.
