SRS Distribution Inc. seeks an Assistant Branch Manager to support the Branch Manager in achieving operational excellence, revenue growth, and superior customer service at the Spring Hill, Tennessee location. The ABM will lead warehouse and driver teams, optimize processes, and ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications include 1–2 years in warehouse or distribution, strong leadership and communication, and familiarity with ERP/WMS. Bachelor's degree is a plus.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Heritage Landscape Supply Group is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) who plays a critical role in supporting the Branch Manager to achieve excellence in branch operations, financial performance, and customer satisfaction. This position requires a strategic mindset, operational leadership, financial insight, team development, and relationship management. ABM ensures efficient branch operations, drives revenue growth, fosters a high-performing team, and contributes to strategic planning initiatives that sustain long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Support the Branch Manager in implementing company standards, optimizing warehouse and branch operations, and driving initiatives that enhance productivity and efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years (or more) experience in a warehouse, distribution, or assistant management role; prior experience in Landscape distribution preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with ERP or warehouse management systems preferred.

Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, or related field considered beneficial but not required. 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant management role in warehouse/distribution; 5+ years preferred in a relevant industry.
