Job summary

Reece USA is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to support the Branch Manager in leading the branch and sales team, focusing on operational excellence and achieving company objectives.

You will develop and grow vendor/customer relationships, drive accountability, and implement success metrics to push the branch forward. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, along with a valid license and strong leadership capabilities.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• A bachelor’s degree is required or equivalent job experience
• Valid driver's license is required.
• A proven record of leadership (e.g., progression through positions of increasing responsibility) is beneficial.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate are essential.
