Socket.dev is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations, drive sales, and strengthen customer relationships in Muskegon, MI. This leadership role requires guiding the team, meeting branch goals, and maintaining compliance with banking regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a business degree or equivalent sales experience, and several years in banking, with a focus on cross-selling and staff development. This on-site position reports to the Branch Manager.

Oversees the day-to-day sales and leadership of the branch. Responsible for the development of customer relationships through the offering of a full scope of Bank products/services. Responsible for meeting and exceeding branch sales goals. Responsible for full management of the branch in the absence of the Branch Manager. All branch staff report to the Assistant Branch Manager.
Reports To: Branch Manager
May have direct or indirect reporting responsibility for staff. Carries out supervisory responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; handing complaints and resolving problems.
