Job summary

Abound Credit Union in Kentucky is hiring to assist in directing, coordinating, and managing branch activities. You will provide quality service to members, process account transactions, loans, and new accounts, and help customers select products and services.

You will also contribute to a motivated, well-trained team, resolve member issues, and support branch security and safety. This position requires a willingness to learn and grow with the credit union and community.

Qualifications

• Provide quality service to members in account transactions, loan applications, new accounts, and selecting products and services.
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a willingness to support your team.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Must successfully complete and pass the eligibility requirements for the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (Safe Act).

Responsibilities

• Provide quality service to members in account transactions, loan applications, new accounts, and selecting products and services.
• Assist in maintaining a highly motivated, well-trained staff and maintain effective employee relations.
• Resolve employee and member problems.
• Act as a loan officer for the branch.
• Assist with managing the security and safety of the branch.
