Pay & Incentive

• Base salary: $55,134.00 - $58,197.00
• Eligible for the ITCU Exempt Employee Incentive Program, up to 11% of annual salary based on service and financial performance.

Education/Certification

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.

Experience

• More than 5 years of hands‑on experience in financial services, banking, or member relationship management.
• More than 3 years of leadership experience with a focus on coaching and team development.
• Strong understanding of financial consultative services, lending, and digital banking solutions.
